"EURO-LEX INTERNATIONAL" is a non-profit organisation based in Santiago de Compostela (Galicia - Spain), born to foster the study of International and Commercial Law, putting a special emphasis on the problems derived from their application. |
||||
|
Any legal practitioner in any area of law and any country is entitled to become a member of the Association. We welcome, therefore, all Lawyers whichever their name is (Attorney, Solicitor, Barrister, etc.), Judges, Notaries, Registrars, In-House Lawyers, Advisors, Public Workers, etc. etc. from anywhere in the world, being the only prerequisite having a Degree or similar in Law. |

As an exception, students during their last year of Law or any other educational program providing access to a legal qualification in the Country of residence can be admitted as members of the Association. |

|
EURO-LEX INTERNATIONAL organises regularly different activities in which any member can take part, as well as any non-member in most of the cases, since it is one of the statutory principles that all the activities developed must benefit the community, improving knowledge of International Law among Entrepreneurs and individuals. |

|
One of the ideas that gave birth to "EURO-LEX INTERNATIONAL" is the need for a globalisation of the legal professions now that all other social, economic, political and cultural agents are already getting global. We the Lawyers, historically ahead of every cultural and social innovation, cannot miss this train on the threshold of the Twenty First Century. |
