Necessary criteria to be taken into consideration for any control measures or decisions taken by data controllers or for the development of any technological tool that can be used in this situation.

I would underline one idea that appears in several of the documents, as the Irish Commission phrases it: “Data protection law does not stand in the way of the provision of healthcare and the management of public health issues; nevertheless there are important considerations which should be taken into account when handling personal data in these contexts, particularly health and other sensitive data”
